Our turn around time for creating your ideal nails is 4-5 business days from the point of purchase. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your order before the 5th business day After your purchase. on the fifth business day after the point of purchase, orders are no longer eligible for refunds as your set has already been created.
